Instructions

  • Boil ramen noodles according to package directions
  • In a skillet, heat butter and oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until lightly golden
  • Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and parmesan to the garlic butter and stir to combine
  • Toss in the cooked noodles and mix until fully coated
  • Plate and garnish with extra parmesan, black pepper, or scallions
  • Serve hot and enjoy immediately
