Instructions

  • Heat a pan with a little oil and add the ground beef. Break it apart and let it sear undisturbed for 2 minutes, then stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Add in dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and honey. Cook on high heat for about 3 minutes, stirring often, until the sauce thickens and coats the beef.
  • Serve the beef over a fresh bowl of rice. Optionally garnish with sesame seeds, scallions, and a fried egg.
