Instructions
Boil the noodles 1 minute before al dente and reserve some of the noodle water.
In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, garlic, vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, and noodle water until smooth.
Toss the noodles with the sauce until well coated.
Plate the noodles and garnish with crushed peanuts, chili flakes, scallions, and chili oil if desired.

(1) Any noodle type works! I have used spaghetti before and it still tasted amazing!
