  • 16 ounces ground beef I used 90/10
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced

For the Sauce

Optional Garnish

  • Steamed rice
  • Sesame seeds
  • Scallions

Instructions

  • Heat a pan over medium heat with a bit of oil. Add the minced garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.
  • Add the ground beef and break it apart. Cook until mostly browned, about 4 minutes.
  • Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Stir well and continue cooking until the sauce thickens and coats the beef.
  • Remove from the heat and serve over a fresh bowl of rice.
  • Optionally garnish with sesame seeds and scallions and enjoy!
